We were very happy to see how it is built and the look awsome better than on picture that we looked. No doubt it is not a cheap one. I recommend this company to anyone for sure. Love it.

The Item I bought arrived broken

The Item I bought arrived broken. you asked me to send a photo of the broken kitchen faucet I ordered.
I did !
But, the email couldn't reach your office because it was to large... How can this situation be solve ?
Can you send me a new faucet or refund me ?

I had an issue with the shipment fees as UPS was asking me to pay $120 for border fees but this was promptly solved by a friendly person at customer service; I was very impressed by the service, just had to mentionned the issue and 15 seconds later there was no more, I did not have to pay the $120 and the package arrived the following day.
Product seems high quality (not installed yet).

Great value, great customer support.
I ordered replacement parts, unfortunately it arrived damaged (I blame delivery company for that, as the package was shapeless on arrival).
I contacted Hudsonreed customer support and the problem was fixed right away. They immedeately sent me another replacement part, which arrived in mint condititon without any delays.
P.S. I wish customer support was awailable in after hours as well.
