Products were as described and delivered fast.
Confusing website and no response from my customer feedback. Not satisfactory up to this point.
It took 6 day after payment to determine that item wasnt actually in stock and if
I wanted to wait it would take another 4 to 6 weeks , much quicker to contact OEM
Product I ordered is out of stock and is discontinued. You would think before they advertise this product they should have known about this issue. They advised sometime later that this product was not available and therefore I had no chance in ordering a different product from someone else to arrive before Christmas. Elite Tools did not even recommend a different product which may be able to do the same thing. Won’t be using Elite tools again.
My purchase arrived on time as promised. Very good service with sensible prices. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.
My address on the package was incomplete so the carrier missed the delivery date and had to contact me on my phone for a correction even though Elite had my full address on hand. I did receive my item and this will not stop me from shopping at Elite Tools.
Great service! I had made a purchase around mid-day on-line with no issues. A few hours later I realized that I wanted to add another item so I called to see if I could get it included in the same order. Within about 5 minutes I was able to get the item added.
Discovered this on-line tool supplier very recently when searching for pricey high-output batteries, and decided to give them a try. Very happy with sale price offered and product arrived promptly three days after ordering. Couldn’t be more satisfied, and will look to purchase from them in future.
Ordered the K5 master kit from your company, waited all week to use it today, unpacked everything and there is no drill bit included? Literally the most important thing in the system and it’s not in the box? There goes my weekend
After two weeks of arguing with Elite Tools staff regarding my situation, it finally ended with a response of “we won’t be dealing with this...this is now kregs problem so I was to take it up with them” However, that being said, my purchase was in the end refunded by elite tools so I suppose that’s a decent resolution to my issue and frees up the money to buy my missing parts again.
I am a first time customer, looking for a specific brand of tool, and was directed to Elite Tools website.
The website showed stock of both of the items that I ordered, at a great price point.
One day later I received an email stating that one of the two items was out of stock, and would be four to five weeks for delivery.
Elite needs to do a much better job of ensuring online inventory equals in warehouse inventory, as this seems to be an ongoing complaint with this company.
I was glad to get an email about the status of my order, but would expect a more pro active approach on order fulfilment to be a better first step.
Fast review and shipping of my order despite Covid. Thanks. In my past orders (pre-Covid) it was great customer service when there was a stock issue despite website showing in-stock. Hoping they have improved the inventory management. It would also be a great improvement if they have an ability to filter the products with available / unavailability of stock so as not to waste time on searching, only to find there is no stock.
Disappointed. No return feedback . Elite needs to be reminded to follow up on items not delivered.
It astounds me that a company that is reliant on its online side of the business would use Covid as an excuse for not notifying the buyer of a delay or back order.
Excuses don't pay the bills. I found it odd straight out of the gate that my order was processed but never Acknowledged I had to contact the a week later to see whst my status was on the order. Again I was switched to ignore and over two pas before I recontact them for a tracking # I had to send them a cancellation threat just to get them going. 4 weeks passed from the order date. The order suddenly arrives. But it's one item short. No return call no follow up. I again send a email and request status and W T F is going on. I'm assure the a top notch front office guy that the item is on back order and I would notified and immediately processed once they have it. Again two weeks pass. I ask again for a follow up on the order suddenly it's arriving and I should be receiving it shortly.
Order completed almost 10 weeks after initial order was placed. To use Covid or remodeling as an excuse for failing to follow up with a customer is cowardly.
Elite dropped the ball poor quality control.
The online customer should have checks and balances in the system to ensure their order is being followed up.
Sad. No Excuse just Sad.
ordered a 2553-22 Milwaukee was told 4 to 5 weeks delivery , and I found it advertised on their website for a lower price and they have 3 in stock.
Also sent a request for pricing on other Milwaukee tools and never heard back from them !
! purchased tools from another supplier , they responded right away and had everything in stock and was delivered to my door in 2 days from order
