The process was reasonably quick and very professional. I guess COVId has given all insurer's the opportunity to increase premiums as for most destinations COVID cover is required. We were very pleased with the agent.

I gave this an average because they sent this review less than 24 hrs after I bought the insurance.
It would be appropriate to send it after I return home to see if I had any concerns filing a claim .

The questions were clear and simple. It was easy to fill it out. This is our first year to try this insurance so we will see at the end of the season. In these complicated times for Snowbirds their web site was encouraging.

your call center person's english was not understandable

called your emergency phone number as I needed to see a Doctor for my arm swelling and spent over 20minutes with a lady who's english was not understandable! I believe she did say she would send a claims form which we never received. I paid $95 US out of pocket to see a Doctor with no reinbursment. Will not be buying insurance from you again!
